Privilege and "The Invisible Knapsack"
This allows for insight into racial inequalities found in our society from the perspective of Peggy McIntosh. She correlates gender discrimination with racial discrimination to allow for a frame of reference. It is intended to allow for teachers of the dominant culture to gain an understanding to what it might be like to not be White.
