Modified from NSTA’s Beyond the Egg Drop, this template applies research-based practices to increase student understanding of the learner outcome behind design tasks, while encouraging multiple iterations of prototypes and documenting design improvements throughout the Engineer and Design Cycle. This template is also available in the STEM toolkit, along with examples.
