Shelly Lungstrum is an ambitious, results-driven marketing and partnerships leader with over 13 years of experience driving culturally relevant sports and lifestyle sponsorships within the beverage industry. She currently oversees Sponsorships for Bacardi USA, a role she has held since May 2022. Based in Miami, Shelly leads strategy, negotiation, and activation for Bacardi’s portfolio of brands, with a strong focus on major sports and arena partnerships spanning the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, MLS, and beyond. Prior to Bacardi, Shelly spent nine years at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. During this time, she played a key role in executing large-scale, high-impact events and brand experiences. Her industry expertise is further underscored by nearly a decade of leadership roles with the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival and the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival, where she oversaw complex portfolios and strategic brand integrations. A former NCAA Division II athlete, Shelly brings a performance-driven mindset rooted in leadership, resilience, and collaboration. She is widely recognized for innovative thinking, strategic brand recruitment, and her ability to drive awareness through experiential marketing and high-impact partnerships. Shelly is an expert negotiator and effective communicator known for building strong relationships and strategic networks. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business & Management and a minor in Spanish from California State University, Monterey Bay.
