Shawn O’Dare is a seasoned NFL and NIL agent representing elite athletes through Rosenhaus Sports Representation, where he has served since 2021. A certified NFL agent with the NFL Players Association since 2015, he brings more than a decade of experience navigating professional sports contracts, athlete branding, and career development.
Before RSR, Shawn built a strong foundation in sports operations and marketing. He served as Marketing Director for Complete Athletic Training, where he led a full rebrand, elevated client visibility, and supported the company’s expansion into a new facility. Earlier, he worked with the University of Miami Football program as Assistant to the Director of Football Operations, contributing to recruiting efforts, operational logistics, and day‑to‑day team support.
A former University of Miami wide receiver, Shawn earned both his bachelor’s (2013) and master’s (2014) degrees in Sport Administration from UM. During his academic career, he was recognized on the Dean’s List and Provost’s Honor Roll. He also founded The Shawn O’Dare Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to helping children and families in Vero Beach by providing scholarships, tutoring, meals, equipment, coaching, training, and more. Its mission is to ensure no child is at a disadvantage for reasons beyond their control and to give every young person an equal opportunity to achieve their academic and athletic goals.
Today, Shawn leverages his on‑field experience, operational expertise, and deep industry knowledge to guide athletes through every stage of their professional journey.
