Born and raised in Florida, O’Dare led Vero Beach High School to two straight District Championships in 2007 & 2008 as their starting Quarterback. O’Dare then attended the University of Miami where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Administration while playing Wide Receiver for the Miami Hurricanes. After his playing career, O’Dare interned with the Hurricanes Football Department while earning his Master’s in Sport Administration in the same year.
O’Dare has been a Certified NFL Agent since 2015 representing numerous players throughout the country. He joined the industry to ensure athletes receive the best possible guidance an agent can provide to a player; helping each client and their families to make smart business decisions and maximize their career opportunities.
As a former football player himself, O’Dare is passionate about making sure RSR clients have the best possible opportunity to achieve their dreams on and off the field.
