Robert Bailey is the President of Rosenhaus Sports Representation where he works as a sports agent and regularly oversees client marketing and appearances. He is a two‑time Super Bowl champion (Cowboys & Ravens) whose career spans elite performance on the field and influential leadership off of it. An 11‑year NFL veteran, Bailey played cornerback for the Los Angeles Rams, Dallas Cowboys, Washington franchise, Detroit Lions, and Baltimore Ravens after earning two national championship rings at the University of Miami. In 1994, he scored a touchdown by returning a punt for 103 yards—still the longest punt return in NFL history.
Today, Bailey helps leads one of the NFL’s most prominent agencies. His commitment to impact extends beyond sports. As a co‑founder of the Kennedy Kids Foundation, he is deeply involved in advancing youth mental health initiatives. The foundation focuses on suicide‑prevention education, increasing help‑seeking behavior, and expanding equitable access to care, driven by the belief that open conversations about mental health save lives.
A Miami Southridge High School alumnus who once planned to attend medical school, Bailey brings a unique blend of discipline, compassion, and leadership to every stage he steps onto. His journey—from scholar‑athlete to NFL record‑holder to advocate for young people—continues to inspire audiences nationwide.
