Senior Vice President, Community Leader, and Strategic Outreach Executive of Orange Bowl
Latoya Williams is a native of South Florida, born and raised in
Miami Gardens. She attended Miami Carol City Sr. High School
and is a proud graduate of the University of Florida and
received her Masters Degree in Business Administration with a
specialization in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University.
Latoya is the Sr. Vice President of Community Outreach for the
Orange Bowl Committee, Inc. (OBC) where she is responsible
for positively positioning the OBC in the South Florida
Community and successfully manages a number of different
programs and events year round. She is an experienced and
successful community leader with more than 20 years of building strategic relationships,
project management, driving superior operations and overall business performance.
She is a proven community executive with an impressive history of visionary leadership
and is respected for helping organizations innovate, thrive, and grow. Latoya is also
known for optimizing resources to achieve core mission by earning the confidence of
key stakeholders and establishing a positive and enthusiastic corporate culture. She
has verifiable success in managing company resources, creating value added
programs, increasing organizational visibility and exceeding financial goals.
Latoya is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Broward County
Alumni Chapter in which she chairs the Economic Development Committee, Vice
President, Black Sports Professionals – South Florida Chapter and a loving dedicated
Mother of her 22-year-old son. She loves sports, football in particular, with her favorite
college team being the Florida Gators “Go Gators” and NFL Team the Dallas Cowboys
“America’s Team”. When she is not working or volunteering her time and talent, she still
manages to sneak in a trip or two as traveling is her favorite hobby!
