Joe Setley attended the Miami Herbert Business School from 2013 – 2016 and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing. While enrolled, Joe interned with the University of Miami Athletic Department for two years, spending time with the Marketing and Digital Strategy teams. Upon graduation, Joe moved to Los Angeles and began working for the MLS club LA Galaxy as a digital media associate.

After a season with the Galaxy, Joe joined the UFC in 2017 as a social media coordinator and quickly rose through the ranks to his current position as a senior manager of social media. Joe currently manages all UFC global social platforms and is responsible for over 50 million followers across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok.
