Director of Community and Legacy, FIFA World Cup 2026 Miami Host Committee
Jennifer is the newest addition to the FIFA World Cup 2026
Miami Host Committee as the Director of Community of Legacy. Most recently she
worked at Concacaf, the football confederation for North, Central America and
the Caribbean. As the lead of Social Responsibility initiatives, she managed the
Football for Development programs across 41 countries, capacity building and
training for volunteer coaches, women and girls focused projects, safeguarding
and child protection and fostered relationships with philanthropic
organizations and government entities both locally and abroad. During her
tenure 12,000+ beneficiaries were impacted by programming and delivery of
Generation Amazing project was recognized at the United Nations in April 2024
on ‘International Day of Sport for Development and Peace’ as a best practice
model. She previously worked at Special Olympics Florida, as the Senior Manager
of Sports Training and Competition, bringing 17 different sports to children
and adults with intellectual disabilities.
Jennifer attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill, where she studied Exercise and Sport Science and was a 4 – year member of
the Cheerleading Team. In 2015, she moved to Miami and completed her Master’s
in Sport Administration from the University of Miami.
Outside of work, Jennifer is a fitness enthusiast and
previously competed as a professional fitness competitor. Jennifer is a proud
Board Member of Miami SCORES, a foundation that provides soccer, poetry, and
service learning for underserved communities in Miami and is a graduate of the
FIFA Guardians Safeguarding Diploma and the University of Miami Miller School
of Medicine, Emerging Transformational Leadership Program.
