Jamona Hayling is the Manager, Facility Services for the HEAT Group’s Engineering and Operations division. With over 5 years of experience with the HEAT Group, Jamona has worked premier events from both back of house and front of house. Currently her main role is championing the sustainability efforts at the America Airlines Arena. Additionally her duties include everything from managing the digital assets of the department to staff management. At the AmericanAirlines Arena, a LEED Gold certified venue, sustainability efforts are present in the day to day operations, building maintenance, energy consumption, and recycling. Jamona is a LEED Certified Green Associate. As a result she is the architect of and one of the main decision maker in the arena’s sustainability plan. Jamona is a graduate of the University of New Haven. She a proud West Indian who enjoys fitness activities.
