Giancarlo Morena is a strategic marketing and partnerships leader with more than 15 years of experience across CPG, sports, and consumer-driven industries. He currently serves as Vice President of Partnerships and Activations at CELSIUS Holdings, Inc., where he leads initiatives across sports, experiential, field, collegiate, fitness, and athlete platforms to drive demand and scale brand impact. His approach is grounded in consumer insight, cultural relevance, and integrated execution that supports sustainable growth. Giancarlo is known for strategic clarity, operational strength, and building scalable marketing systems that deliver measurable results in highly competitive environments.
Also, at CELSIUS, he held the role of Head of National Field Marketing, helping to scale the brand through high-impact, on-the-ground execution. His leadership focused on aligning strategy with execution, developing high-performing teams, and building trusted partnerships that maximize long-term brand and business value.
Prior to CELSIUS, Giancarlo held senior partnership and marketing roles with organizations including BioSteel, Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, ADNOC Distribution, Talking Rain Beverage Company®, Marketing Werks, and Fuze Beverage. During his time with the Miami Dolphins, he managed a multi‑million‑dollar partnership portfolio for leading brands such as Pepsi, Gatorade, Frito‑Lay, P&G, and Publix, overseeing full‑funnel activations across media, signage, hospitality, promotions, and category exclusivities. He supported marquee events including Super Bowl LIV and other major stadium events, driving improved partner satisfaction, stronger returns, and year‑over‑year revenue growth through strategic planning and data‑driven insights.
Giancarlo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, along with certifications in Sports Marketing and Social Media Marketing from Northwestern University.
