OUR MISSION
The Community and Educational Well-being Research Center mission is to:
To engage in collaborative capacity building in schools, nonprofit organizations, and communities.
Develop a robust evaluation services unit for community-based organizations, translational intervention projects, and researchers to gain comprehensive and iterative evaluative assessments to help inform services and propose solutions to inform the work of providers across community contexts.
Actively seek out and expand community partnerships to conduct collaborative, community-engaged research to answer questions related to how and why disparities among under-resourced youth have been intractable and increasing over time.
Convene the best and brightest minds to take on the issues of equity and well-being in South Florida, and collaboratively eliminate disparities.
