Vincent Paul
Co-founder, Pi Network

Vincent Paul is a serial entrepreneur whose work bridges frontier technology, mainstream education, and health-focused social ventures to deliver interventions at scale. He helps individuals, organizations, and communities navigate technological transformation while remaining grounded in what makes us human. He co-founded Pi Network, a mobile cryptocurrency with more than 50 million users worldwide, and helped establish one of the largest blockchain communities at Stanford University. His latest venture, Personal AI Guide, advances an agent framework for intelligence amplification and human-centered AI—building systems designed to enhance, rather than replace, human capability. Vincent holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Yale University.

Soyeon Ahn, Ph.D.
Vice Dean, University of Miami

Dr. Soyeon Ahn is Vice Dean and Professor at the University of Miami School of Education and Human Development. An educator and academic leader, her work focuses on ethical and inclusive innovation across education, faculty development, and institutional decision-making through data analytics and AI.

Her research applies advanced quantitative methods, including meta-analysis, structural equation modeling, and measurement theory, across education, psychology, and public health. She directs multiple interdisciplinary initiatives that leverage responsible analytics and AI for social good and has founded and led several academic programs in data analytics, evaluation, and research methodology. Dr. Ahn is an American Council on Education Fellow (2025-2026) and a 2025 inductee of the Bouchet Honor Society.

Nam Ju Kim, Ph.D.
Professor, Yonsei University

Nam Ju Kim is a professor of Educational Technology at Yonsei University, Korea, and Director of the AI EduTech Center at the Institute for AI & Social Innovation. His research focuses on AI-based instructional design, learning analytics, scaffolding systems, and ethical AI in education.

He leads multiple national and international projects on AI-driven learning platforms and digital transformation in education, in collaboration with industry partners including Microsoft, Samsung, and Hyundai Motor Group. His work has been published in SSCI-indexed journals, advancing human-centered educational AI.

Ching-Hua Chuan, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor, University of Miami

Ching-Hua Chuan is an Assistant Professor of Interactive Media at the University of Miami. She received her Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Southern California (Los Angeles, CA, USA) Viterbi School of Engineering. Dr. Chuan’s research interests include artificial intelligence (AI), human-centered computing and music information retrieval, with an interdisciplinary focus on responsible AI and technologies for social good. She has published refereed articles in journals and conferences on human-machine communication, human-centered AI, augmented/mixed reality, and machine learning applications. Ryan O’Quinn is a dynamic healthcare leader with more than 13 years of experience driving transformation across the healthcare industry. Known for leading complex initiatives in strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and operations redesign, Ryan has delivered measurable results for national and regional health insurers, provider organizations, and private equity-backed healthcare companies.

Throughout his career, Ryan has managed multi-million and billion-dollar projects, such as negotiating and launching a $1B IT outsourcing and transformation program for a national insurer and orchestrating the seamless integration of a $6B merger between two regional hospital systems. His expertise spans corporate shared services optimization, clinical productivity improvement, and revenue cycle management

Sonia Jacobson
Founder/Executive Director, Suited For Success/Dress for Success Miami

Suited For Success, a non-profit corporation providing employment skills training, professional image, business etiquette and professional clothing for economically disadvantaged women, at-risk teens, and Veteran’s returning to work.  She has trained executives and teams in companies and organizations such as American Express, AT&T, BellSouth, Florida Blue, Burger King Corporation, Citibank, Hewlett Packard, IBM, JCPenney, Kodak, Marriott Hotels, Fountainebleau Hilton, Sun-Sentinel, University of Miami, Xerox, Greenberg Traurig, Shutts & Bowen. From 1996-2000, Former Mayor Alex Penelas of Miami-Dade County proclaimed June 5th Suited For Success Day. Former Governor Lawton Chiles awarded Sonia “Florida’s Finest”, an award for outstanding community service. In 1998, the achievements of Suited For Success were recognized by former Vice President Al Gore. In 2024, Suited for Success celebrated 30 years in the Miami-Dade County community, having served over 60,000 individuals.

Rikk Manning
Chief Technology Officer, Necco

Rikk Manning is the Chief Technology Officer at Necco, a multi-state child well-being organization headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he leads enterprise technology strategy, enterprise architecture, data and analytics, service delivery, and portfolio management. Residing in West Michigan, he brings over 20 years of executive experience across child well-being, global manufacturing, and high-volume third-party distribution. His background includes large-scale ERP modernization, data governance, analytics platforms, and operational transformation. Rikk’s current work focuses on translating complex systems, data, and evidence into practical, scalable solutions that support organizational effectiveness and improved outcomes for social impact.

Brian Baptiste
Senior Deputy Director of Athletics, The University of Miami

Brian Baptiste currently serves as Senior Deputy Director of Athletics at Miami. He works closely with the Director of Athletics, University leadership, campus, and community partners on department activities to ensure Miami is best positioned for success while creating an environment that provides opportunities for student-athletes to enhance their total development. In his role, Baptiste provides leadership and oversight to the department by focusing on the day-to-day internal operations and strategic initiatives.

Previously, Mr. Baptiste was the Vice President of Athletics and Recreation at La Salle University. He was named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 List in 2021.
