This activity can be applied to stages 1 and 2 of James Banks’ approach to multicultural education. Students will be provided with historical and cultural points of view that they may not have been taught in school with a focus on cultural responsiveness to Native Americans.

This activity can be applied to stages 1 and 2 of James Banks’ approach to multicultural education. It will allow students to engage and respond to cultures who had to endure the experience of taking a road trip in the United States as a Person/family of color during segregation and Jim Crow.
