Award for Top TAL Undergraduate

Grades are only one of many ways to measure a student’s success. Luckily for us, our awardee for top TAL student, Michaela Conway, has demonstrated success across them all. Yes, she earned the top cumulative GPA in the program, with an impressive 3.989; but she is also a natural leader amongst her peers (formally as an FEA officer and informally by providing peers with academic and emotional support in challenging semesters). She consistently sought out additional learning opportunities and requested a challenging student teaching placement to further her knowledge in special education. She’s now positioned to begin her Masters in Speech and Language Pathology at Boston University this fall.
