Salman Alawadi is a Ph.D. candidate in the Research, Measurement, and Evaluation program at the University of Miami. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in applied statistics from Kuwait University. Mr. Alawadi worked as a clinical research assistant at Harvard Medical School and earned an M.S. in Applied Statistics and Psychometrics from Boston College. At the University of Miami, Mr. Alawadi served as a statistical consultant, where he assisted students and faculty in designing their research studies. During his Ph.D., Mr. Alawadi is focusing on improving the quality of meta-analyses and developing computerized adaptive testing in the field of counseling.
