UM SEHD team participates in the III International Forum on Teacher Education at Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, May 22 - 26, 2017
Professor Dina Birman gave a Keynote address: Immigrant youth in the school context.
Dean Gina Astorini and Professors Soyeon Ahn, Debbiesiu Lee, and Mary Beth Calhoon gave presentations as part symposia and a pre-conference workshop.
Following the conference the team participated in an opportunity to network and discuss shared research projects with Forum participants on a cruise on the Volga River, before visiting Moscow.
