A team member of CAASports&#8217; Basketball division since 2013, Arlesha focuses on talent management, marketing, business &amp; brand development, brand partnership strategy and social &amp; digital marketing. In her role, she&#8217;s helped spearhead strategy &amp; managed deliverables on behalf of clients for companies and brands such as Gatorade, Nike, Amazon, Facebook, American Express, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">She began her career in the Sports and Entertainment industry in the Summer of 2010 (also known as &#8220;The Big Three&#8221;&nbsp;era) in Miami. After a year of working alongside seasoned sports executives and high-profile athletes&nbsp;at both the Miami Dolphins and Wade Enterprises, she dabbled in the world of Marketing &amp; Public Relations, helping to oversee the promotion of well-established lifestyle brands, restaurants and businesses\u2014giving her first-hand experience in the lifestyle world that today, fully immerses the sports world. A woman of \u201chustle\u201d, she also simultaneously worked at a South Florida-based Pro-Football management company&nbsp;helping to service &amp; manage clients from around the NFL.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Arlesha received her baccalaureate degree from Florida International University in 2010 with Magna Cum Laude honors in English Literature\/Mass Communications.
