Students also learn about proper nutritional guidelines and the myths and concerns about different diets, supplements and fluid replacement drinks. This minor represents a practical understanding of the field of exercise as it relates to health, wellness and enhanced quality of life. Students have an opportunity to learn practical, hands-on information as it impacts their own fitness level.
