
Laurie Koehler
Georgette Edmondson-Wright serves as the Vice President for Student Success, Research, and Experience at New York University (NYU). In this role, she leads initiatives aimed at enhancing the student experience and improving undergraduate retention and graduation outcomes. Her work focuses on organizational culture, capacity building, integrated solutions, and strategic planning and assessment, to improve institutional effectiveness. She oversees units focused on student success, institutional research, data analysis and reporting, student information systems and records, and high impact opportunity and scholarship programs.
Georgette has held wide range of key positions in both public and private institutions, in enrollment management, student success, program development, career services, and international partnerships, to support institutional priorities. Before joining NYU, Georgette was the Associate Vice Provost for Student Success at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She has presented extensively on U.S. higher education across the United States and internationally, in regions including Asia, Europe, and South America. She holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
